Worst feel ever! I ordered a pulsate mag for my son and received a broken inexpensive version of what I ordered. I sent emails, left letters with no response. When I tried their live conversation, I was asked how long I've been having issues with my reckoner then, was asked to pay $1 to speak with a calculator good. This visitor is nothing more than some depression life scammers. Practise not order from these people!

Worst feel

Worst experience. Bought a gun for my son and information technology was defective. Never got an rma or any blazon of response on sending it back. They charge a 30% restocking fee. NEVER Always GUY FROM THIS Shop!

It was nifty but one trouble 👌🤔

Information technology was great easy to buy simply the just problem is The customer service takes near 2-three days to get received but everything else was fine.

IF you fifty-fifty get your order, its not put together right.

I ordered from them on the 1st of this month, they took the money out on the third and at present its the 10th and i still oasis't heard a thing about my $250 order. The customer service doesnt seem to respond or care about their customers and on top of that, IF and when you get your guild (only happened i/3 orders) the item you lot get, it wasnt put together right and parts are loose enough to snap off unless yous manually tighten everything.
HOW THE HELL IS THIS PLACE Notwithstanding RUNNING.

I would take given this review a 0 if i could.I have bought a lot of airsoft guns and accessories here and even referred friends here. Simply i was sent a gun and by the time information technology got to me it was broken. I chosen and when they finally answered i was told to take pictures which i already did. I sent them in and was told they would send out my replacement the next twenty-four hour period and my forgrip they forgot to send. iv days later i get an email maxim they need more pictures to stop the damage claims report. It takes 5 mins to practice a damage claims report shat the hell took them and so long? Its been over a calendar week and i nevertheless yet to go my replacement. I had to purchase a new gun to attend the airsoft event i was going to in another state. I'll never utilize this place once again.

Im not certain why everyone is having problems with CS, i fabricated a error on my order and chosen them up, the man who answered greeted me nicely and got my society edited and done within 3 minutes and no problems!

Stay Away: "Fails to evangelize a working product"

Stay away from the visitor. Last time I purchased from airsoft megastore was viii years agone. The product I received did non work upon opening and I sent an e-mail to solve the problem. The representative took 10 days to read my email and then sent a cleaved replacement role that they believed would work. Clearly, the role did non work and concluded up contacting once again. The representative waited until the mean solar day after the returns expired(21 days) and told me that I am out of luck. This company is unprofessional and unreliable selling broken airsoft gun and not backing customers on their purchases. I recommend stay abroad from them.

Well-nigh horrible airsoft shopping…

Most horrible airsoft shopping experience e'er the experience I had with them crusade me to get charged twice on my account which they said later on they could not observe and so they could non refund me for a gun that the website said was installed only I'm non told until a month afterward after calling and calling and emailing and emailing that this gun isn't in stock actually and that I could become refunded or get a replacement detail of aforementioned value I said sure let's do the replacement detail well they charge my card before I even made a selection for a 2d time for the same gun that was never in stock this experience has messed up airsoft for me honestly don't fifty-fifty desire to go involved with airsoft subsequently this megastore incedent I'm just never to play airsoft afterwards that they just completely messed up the whole sport for me which is pitiful considering I really love airsoft only I just tin can't do information technology anymore later on feel in that honestly if I could I give them negative v stars

There slow lazy cuck heads ordered my new legion hpa arrangement 3nweeks ago was suppose to take it last week in fourth dimension for an event tmr forenoon I spent 200 for tickets and 650 on the hpa took them a while to send out considering item out of stock fifty-fifty tho I bought information technology they said itd be here 6/26 but nothing thanks for waiting my time and money that took me 3 weeks to make cuz ik but 18 stupid cucks you guys need to be shut down and out of business

Just gave one star considering you have to click something! This place is a dump. They didn't get me any confirmation or tracking info! When I finally did receive my package the barrel was warped,telescopic mount screws were all stripped and the bolt doesn't work correctly. I emailed them and they accept however to answer to assistance out. I will never do business with airsoft megastore again! If you do, your request for trouble!

Bought a bunch of things on cyber…

Bought a agglomeration of things on cyber Monday from them got the few days earlier Christmas and half was bro5ke then almost the other half broke while using it for the kickoff fourth dimension tried calling them about it for a month and when I finally got them they were rude and pretty much said it was my own fault for ownership what I did which is bull because no matter what I ordered it should have been broken upon receiving it and should work when you lot use it

BLEAUGH… that's what I call back.

Customer service is an accented joke. They have lost me several hundred dollars and I accept sent five emails, called and naught.

Terrible customer service

Bought $300 worth of airsoft equipment from them. Package had a mysterious return to sender asking 5 days after it shipped and caused ti to be delayed fifty-fifty more. Later on the bundle got hither the magszine on the co2 1911 i ordered had a factory defect. Called client service who said they will send a new 1. 12 days later, no mag, no confirmation email, no shipping or tracking information, contacted their customer service again, no response.

Never buying in that location again

Never buying at that place once more. They sent me the gun I ordered, the barrel did not line upwardly with the track. And I sent information technology dorsum and they said they would send some other. I waited a calendar week and chosen, they forgot to send my replacement gun, they fixed it and it was on information technology's way. Information technology got to me and the barrel was bent, I called over again, they refused to refund me or send me a new one.

No customer service!!

As others have said - Goose egg client service. I ordered a pistol from them, but it came with no instruction manual. Nil response to multiple emails to their "customer service". Thanks to independent posters on YouTube i was able to figure out what I needed to know. Exercise NOT recommend purchasing from these guys!!
